In my opinion, I think you would be a good candidate for a top level UC school like UCSD, UCSB, or UCI since I am familliar with them. Probably not Ivy League, but you still do have some chances with them because there is no secret formula to get in.

With 11 1/2 Honors classes and 6 APs in four years (that's an average of 4+ advanced classes every year!), your weighted GPA and class rank plus the ACT score will make you very competitive at a lot of "good" schools. A more specific answer would depend on what you call a good school, what you'd like to study in college, and what non-academic things will be important to you at college.
