I have Spanish/English children’s books I found from publisher, book clubs, stores etc… but when I looked around Barnes and Nobles and Border’s I found no books for children to learn Japanese, I found plenty of children’s books to Chinese, French,Spanish….Can you help me?
I found a couple here:
http://www.worldlanguage.com/Products/Japanese/ChildrensBooks/Page1.htm
Found one or two here:
http://www.powells.com/subsection/ForeignLanguagesJapaneseChildrens.html
This MIGHT help: http://scbwi.jp/faq.htm It’s actually a listing of Japanese childrens’ book publishers.
This may be the most useful site: http://www.genkienglish.net/japaneseenglishtranslation.htm
I see what you mean, though — this took a bit of digging!

Horaayy..there are 2 comment(s) for me so far ;)
I would like to know this too! As I’m learning Japanese (although I’m not a child), children’s books are good reading supplement!
Good Luck!
