How to use online coupons at supermarkets?

Hi, I live in Toronto. But I don’t know how to use promotions coupons for certain products offered online on their official websites?

Let’s say.. I got coupons or coupon codes for Vitalicious products online. But how can I use it at Loblaws, Metro for example? Do I show it to the cashier when paying or what?

Whatever the coupons you have found just print them and take it with you. Just do shopping and then submit those to the cashier when your about to pay … If the offer is still valid then you will get the discount. Its simple dude. …..

If the coupon validity date hasn’t expired, take a print and shop in that particular store. After shopping provide the coupon, they will accept it if coupon is valid.
