		<description>Sure, they can decline coupons if they want to.  There are a lot of fake coupons out there and retailers have gotten scammed by them.  That&#039;s probably why they won&#039;t take them.

I&#039;ve had trouble with online coupons from other stores, too.  I&#039;ve been able to use coupons from the store&#039;s own websites, however.

Try getting your local Sunday newspaper.  There&#039;s usually a lot of coupons in them.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
